|Volunteer and Counselors|
One of the big reasons that Crystal Springs is able to reach out to so many campers each year is because of the people who give their time and energy to serve as volunteers and counselors.
If you're interested in being a volunteer or camp counselor for a great Christian camp, you've come to the right place. Here you will find the information you need for applying at Crystal Springs Baptist Camp.
You may print the application forms and send it to Crystal Springs, or you may contact Crystal Springs Baptist Camp to have the application sent to you. You will need have your pastor complete the Pastoral Reference Form.
You can also check out our additional volunteer and counselor information and documents below.
It seems like we are always building something new at Crystal Springs, and we need your help! Just about every week at the camp, volunteer work crews are busy getting something useful done.
Whether you are young or old, or whether you can volunteer for an entire week or just one day, you are welcome. If you have specific types of construction skills (electrical, plumbing, finish, etc.), please let us know. Many of our work crews are made up of student and church groups interested in service projects. Whatever your situation, we'd love your help.
Counselor training will be held on the first day of each camp at 1:00 p.m.
A networking session with the leadership team of each designated camp will be conducted by the Director of the camp. All counselors will be in attendance.
All counselors will be in the cabins awaiting their campers by 3:00 p.m. on the first day of camp.
Registration for each camp will begin at 3:00 p.m. Each counselor is to stay in their cabin until all of the assigned campers have arrived in their cabin.
Thank you for choosing to be a counselor at Crystal Springs Baptist Camp. You are here to win campers to Jesus Christ, and/or build them up to serve Him.
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men. Col. 3:23
