Crystal Springs Baptist Camp welcomed Tim Brenner to the permanent staff in July 2007 as the Marketing and Finance Manager and has now taken on the role of Executive Director. Growing up in Isabel, South Dakota, Tim attended CSBC as a camper and later served on the staff during the summer of 2003 and 2004. In 2006 Tim graduated from the University of Mary with a degree in communications.
Tim desires to serve the Lord and is honored to be a part of the ministry He is doing at Crystal Springs. Tim’s desire is that the campers will grow in their satisfaction of knowing Christ. As one of Tim’s favorite preachers said, “God is most glorified in us, when we are most satisfied in Him.” - John Piper
Eliza Brenner joined the team at Crystal Springs Baptist Camp in March of 2007. Eliza regularly attended CSBC as a camper, and later counseled several camps. She also served at Crystal Springs for two summers in 2003 and 2004 as a cook's helper and worked on the waterfront. Eliza graduated from Bismarck State College with an Associate of Arts degree.
Her husband Tim is also employed at Crystal Springs as the Executive Director. The Lord used Crystal Springs to mold Eliza's life in a very powerful way during her teen years; consequently she is passionate about being involved in the on going ministry of the camp.
LeAnn Lindteigen joined the CSBC staff in August 2011. She grew up on a farm north of Turtle Lake, ND. After high school, she pursued her Elementary Education degree at Valley City State University. She graduated in 2009 with her Bachelor’s degree and taught preschool for two years in Bismarck, ND.
LeAnn has been out at camp since she was little. Her love for camp and for kids made counseling the perfect job for her. She was on the counseling staff for three summers: 2008, 2009, and 2011.
She is very excited to be serving at camp. God has used so many different “camp” people to guide and encourage her in her walk with Him, that her desire is to be used in that same way.
Food Service Director
Janean grew up in southern Minnesota on a small family farm and helped with the daily chores. She also helped neighbors with their farm work and enjoyed building houses with her dad during the summers. She graduated from Owatonna Christian School and continued to help on the farm. In 1997, she married her husband David and became a full-time stay-at-home mom after their second child was born (Rachel, Hannah, David, Kitra). They moved to Medina, ND in 2001.
Janean accepted Jesus as her Savior in Sunday school when she was five, but it wasn't until fourth grade when her teacher taught about salvation and baptism that she fully understood. Janean has a love for the Lord and is excited to share that love with others in her position as Food Service Director.
Philip joined the CSBC staff in 2005 as the Facilities Manager and holds an Associate's degree in Mechanics from Bismarck State College. He grew up on the family farm where he milked cows and farmed. He has always loved the outdoors and loves the beauty of Crystal Springs.
He grew up coming to camp and accepted Christ into his heart here as a camper. He enjoyed coming as a camper with his friends and being a counselor during basketball camp. Philip is married to Marissa and they have 3 children, Gideon, Lydia, and Moriah.
He loves camp and prays that this year will be another fun and exciting time at Crystal Springs. He would like to encourage you to come on out and enjoy another year at Crystal Spring!
Pastor Al is the newest member of the Crystal Springs Baptist Camp Staff! After spending his whole life time in Minnesota Al moved to North Dakota to serve at the New Leipzig Baptist Church for five years and then joined the Camp Staff in August of 2011. Pastor Al will be traveling to each church in our region promoting Crystal Springs Camp and the Steer Program with farmers and ranchers.
Pastor Al strongly believes in the mission of the camp and the "eternal" impact the camp can have on each of us and our communities. Crystal Springs Camp is a great launching pad to comply with the Great Commission! Pastor Al is married to Sandy and they have been blessed with three great kids the kind worth bragging about and five feisty grandchildren.
